Domino's Pizza Glasgow Darnley

Ordered pizzas with my partner. His was fine. Mine came with three toppings I never asked for- herbs, onions and jalapeños. jalapeños I cant eat . I have sensory issues and can't tolerate it at all sadly. I'd have called up to complain but its too late at night. To be completely honest the base is not as thin as it usually is when I get an Italian. I know its late but I was just off an 8 hour shift on my feet and was really disappointed.

I can't fault the food from Dominos, it's good at always. However every time I order from this specific branch there are issues. My pizza has been sent to the wrong address at least twice, usually each time they do get the right address there's always something missing from my order or I receive the wrong pizza and when I call to let them know they've never offered any compensation for these constant mess ups. Only a blunt offer for a refund. Just today I again received my order with missing items, I called up and explained on the phone that this is a regular occurrence and the worker hung up on me, I was not being rude, only hoping this could be amended in some way other than having to request a refund for missing items every time I order from them. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm disappointed as I do enjoy the food here.

Asked for pepperoni pizza x2 on tuesday get one free whent pay tried charge 20 pound and it was only 9.99 started making wrong pizza so had wait another 20 mins come on dominos get your act together sit in car for 20 mins plus 10 already waited yous have got it wrong again this not first time messed up order !!!

Order came to ridiculous amount of £69 and we used on line 40%off voucher nothing on the website regarding spend over £40 and get your order half price! Order came and once again it was Incorrect! Small BBQ Chicken Pizza and Cheese and tomato Ok! This part was the correct! This is the Second time we have ordered the New Cheeseburger Pizza and we have still to see any Cheeseburger sauce on the Pizza total disappointment We asked for Chicken Kicker Combo? We received Strippers Combo? I will be going down Darnley to order the next time! Maybe then the order will be correct!

Ordered online via the app, lunchtime deal so opted for half half. One size make your own other pepperoni passion. When the pizza came i had 3 slices of make your own (mushroom, onion), the rest was just cheese. Phoned up the guy i got on the phone was a bit of a nugget. Clearly thought i was too when he tried to claim he made the pizza the mushrooms onions on the other slices where hidden under the cheese. No they are not i can clearly see this so why is the other 3 slices showing it then? Got another pizza made delivered in exchange of handing this back it was the worst pizza I've had in a long time, looks like the pizza had been moving in the box with some of the topping off over the box. Will not order from here again, will be papa John's in future if i want pizza better service.
