The worst they take the food I had in the years, and very overpriced, 5 very small garn toast for £5.00 shocking, not wasting their money.

S. that with a prise salt even tho it only a few hundred meters away, but as its terrible night and pay day I was prepared for a delay. but if it was an hour and a quarter later, I had to call. the employees in the business could not really help and advise another 20mins, but manager called me back in 5mins. good. he was apologetic, but did not seem to understand that the delivery was 1 hr 40 minutes after the order was completely unacceptable. he offered to discount on 10 pfund and I said that is short the industry standard, I would not expect someone to pay for this posture, especially to share with children. would not have noticed paying the shipping costs. I explained that I didn't think his offer was acceptable, I told him that I would take it, but I would post on ta so that other customers can make an informed decision. I just came back because I threatened him and was looking for free food. I would never have ordered if I knew that would take so long. he advised me to cancel the order if I wasn't happy. can you imagine going through another route at 9.25, waiting with children? the order came shortly after the call and was stone cold. they called them to inform them so that everything I post is in front and they are aware. the manager was annoyed and tried to reimburse at this time, but I felt that this was no longer the point. I did not seek free food and paid my share, but the customers need to know what service they can receive and what treatment they can expect in the complaining, even if they have used the takeaway for years. I try to use this platform to identify the best practice, but this annoyed me so much I felt that I had no choice.

Phoned for a half crispy duck and chicken noodle soup earlier tonight and said I would collect them. Unfortunately, the quality of the duck was absolutely terrible. It was not shredded, was overcooked in parts so dry and crunchy and had bits of gristle and...fat throughout. Yuck Really disappointed as was looking forward to it. Won’t be back. At £18 for half a duck, it’s not cheap, but would rather pay more for quality than what was served tonight.

Ordered take away via Deliveroo as I am sick of the waiting times on Just Eat, it can be up to 2hrs at busy times. What a mistake! I ordered Salt n Chill chicken Salt n Chilli Chips... tasted like KFC.. I wanted Asian...style food not American! The Spicy Pork Dumplings went in the bin... a small (non spicy) meatball in a big empty pastry shell. Again... if I wanted a Sausage Roll I would have went to a Bakers. I wanted Asian food? The curry sauce had absolutely no flavour, the cracked and had leaked all over the bag. Also the ribs were covered in a slimy flavorless gravy. Portions were tiny and the food was expensive! One of the worst take outs I have ever had. I wanted to call the restraunt and complain... buy what could I even say? Everything is horrible and has no flavour? I doubt we could have reached a reasonable resolution. Friday night ruined

I would love to be reviewing the food but sadly it never appeared. Ordered on Just eat at 7.30pm estimated delivery time 8.30 pm, so far so good. Then it went horribly wrong. No food by 8.45pm, so decided to phone. Despite 3 phone calls,...excuses about drivers, no food had arrived by 9.30, so told them to forget it. There are so many other good Chinese options in the West End, that I wouldn't waste your time and your evening by waiting in for a food delivery from this hopeless crew.
