Soups U - Glasgow City

Don’t like writing bad reviews but the service we received was horrendous, staff very rude and quality of food was not great.

Was in Glasgow and it was lunch time, so decided to grab a sandwich on the go, and Soups U was near by. Seems to have been there forever, but never found myself visiting, but finally got around to it. Good size menu with something to your taste sure to be there. Ordered a cheese sandwich to go that was freshly prepared in no time. Great prices. Will be back

We were spending a day in Glasgow frozen , and I fancied soup .we stumbled across a billboard on the street corner SOUPS U......look out for this up the top of Glasgow on a side street not that far away from the John Lewis store....any how stop in and have your lunch sit down or take away friendly staff and customers .a real piece of Glasgowscottish hospitality ..and there soup three choices to choose from excellent .wish I stayed closer .as I would be there every day....

The place was cold, they wanted me in and out of their DESERTED freezing cold cafe. The soup was good though.......remember to thank BAXTERS and THE MICROWAVE (I heard it on in the background), sufficet to say the was a lot of clattering about in the cutlery drawer to cover the brrrrrrrrr of it in progress, then an almighty crash to cover the ding!!!!!! P.S I had to give it one star otherwise trip advisor wouldn’t let me publish it NO STAR RATING FOR THIS PLACE!!!!!! TRAVELERS AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

This cozy little restaurant in the bustling Glasgow city center is a rare gem. Tucked away just off Sauchiehall Street, it stands out in the competitive coffee shop scene. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with delicious, freshly made soups stealing the spotlight. Their all day breakfast options are fantastic, featuring locally sourced ingredients that will satisfy any palate. Instead of opting for breakfast, I tried the coronation chicken toastie and it was simply divine. I highly recommend giving it a try - 10/10.
