Waitrose Cafe - Glasgow City

I stopped here with a colleague while working in the area to have a mid-morning coffee. We approached the server in the cafe and politely asked if we could buy coffee to go there. The server looked us up and down and simply said no with a frown on their face. There were no attempts to help us or to point out that we could buy to-go coffee cups from customer service and use the self-service machine. We were also planning to buy food to go, but their poor service made us change our minds. Instead, we bought our coffee cups from customer service, where a friendly and helpful staff member assisted us.

Decent waitrose. a bit cramped and overcrowded, as it is quite small. Together with all Waitrose stores, of which I know, it is recently busy with much more than service. personal is generally very good.

Perfect eating. eat just perfect. definat 5* personal very professional in their approach. excellent customer service.

Very clean and organised. I really liked the service from your cashier. I love your cupcakes and the gingerbread cookies. Keep up the level of customer service.

Great store. Pity about their new app. Not the easiest to use. Getting more used to the app after using it for several weeks
