Ming Bao - Glastonbury

We are so glad we discovered this restaurant! After trying several places and being let down, it was a relief to find somewhere that exceeded our expectations. Although it's about a 20-minute drive from Glastonbury and we faced a long wait on New Year's Eve, it was definitely worth it! The food was fresh and delicious, portions were generous, and prices were reasonable. Everything was bursting with flavor. This has become our new go-to spot for Chinese cuisine! I highly recommend giving it a try; I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. My husband also mentioned that the staff were very friendly when he went up to the counter.

Fresh, hot, and quick. It is standard American Chinese food with fresh quality. I know exactly what I'm getting each time and never disappointed. Almond cookies are a nice surprise.

Only take-out available currently but what I appreciate is when you arrive to pick up they take everything out of the bags to make what you ordered is there. Often when ordering from other local restaurants I find something is missing when I get home. The food is great and the people are very nice and seem genuinely happy to see you!

The best Chinese food spot in the hartford area. Young man at the counter is very nice. Food is beyond amazing. I have has many places from south windsor to hartford to bristol to Manchester and ming Bay is by far the best.
