As soon as I arrived I felt the unfriendly vibe of the staff and the unpleasant energy of them. Not sure why the staff were so rude and unhelpful. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Who knows?! The food was ok but nothing amazing. I wouldn't rush back.

Have eaten here a few times when we visit Sydney. Reminds me of Melbourne brekky culture. And just a short distance from Glebe hype.

Good food, nice coffee but unfortunately I always seem to encounter grumpy staff. I love a bit of banter when I go out, but, there's a line to draw, and when you constantly come across as rude, or indignant, time to reel it in. Shame, used to be my regular morning coffee stop. I respect it an institution and neighbourhood classic, but you shouldn't make new customers feel unwelcome just because you're not familiar with them yet.

Very good and very big breakfast portions, shame they have the worst coffee in the inner west. I haven't seen so many people drinking tea at a cafe!
