Chipotle Mexican Grill - Glen Allen

This was my first time coming to this specific chipotle. The staff was upbeat and personable, the cleanliness the restaurant was remarkable from out the parking lot to the area surrounding the building to the interior of the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. It was the hands down best tasting food i have ever got at a Chipotle EVER!

About on standard for your chipotle expectations this location does have the added benefit of outdoor seating. There are all the usual benefits of build it yourself Mexican food on offer including sofritas and veggies. The staff does a nice job of giving consistent portions (unlike some locations where they skimp).

The food is what you'd expect at a Chipotle. I do recommend new chairs. My 2 year old smacked his head on the back of the screw on the chairs. You can see the screw mark above his eye. There was one gentleman working who was so kind to get us ice, and spray (not sure what kind of spray) and was so helpful for us. The worker was amazing and handled the situation so well.

I've seen a bunch of less than stellar reviews for this location but my experience wasn't bad at all. I ordered through door dash from this location so no contact with staff. Unfortunately I can't comment on friendliness or what have you. I can say my meal was well prepared. The steak was plentiful and the veggies in my bowl were crisp. I also had a side of queso, yum, to add. Overall, no issues, aand everything was delicious.

So its 5 oclock, the kids want chipotle I usually go to the other one on west broad street but the navigation pulled this one up first. The line was out the door. The worker were trying to keep up but the people in here do what i mean one guy had 7 orders. Wtf ? We are all due our food so no biggie righttt? Except the entire line was either friends and family. I say this because one person would go back and forth sitting then coming back to order more? Or add another order? Im a parent so i know how it is is to have 4 kids by my self . I dont do this . I get the orders together before hand so i can put my order in at one time. So i wont be back not at this time or any date in the future not due to staff but the people.... Its been 30 mins on a line for a burrito , okay
