The Cheesecake Factory - Glen Allen

We had an amazing lunch at this restaurant. We ordered the shepherds pie and the Parmesan chicken, both of which were absolutely delicious. Our server, Jules, provided outstanding and friendly service. It was the perfect end to our year in 2023.

First time there. I had Beesting Flatbread pizza, my son had a burger and street corn. Super delicious, everything. Tiramisu cheesecake was sooo yummy!

The food was amazing. The server was definitely waiting on tables other than ours and we waited a good 45 minutes to even order our food. He was blatantly going to certain tables with certain people so we need to move past this in our nation, there is no room for it especially in the service industry. The food was amazing and worth a small wait but definitely need to get the service under control.

I took my wife and daughter to lunch at the Short Pump location yesterday and we had a good time. Unfortunately, my wife and daughter didn't react well to the cheesecake and felt sick afterwards. However, I had the same cheesecake and had no issues. The rest of our meal was fantastic. The service was excellent and this restaurant is one of our favorites to go to no matter where we are.

Chris is the man, the myth, the legend, gave us the best service and deserves all of the raises. 10/10 will ask for Chris next time
