Feedback gevenI just did the same thing I called today to find out if they had the ice cream at Baskin-Robbins and they seem to have and that is Praline and cream. I just called a few moments ago to ask if they had this ice cream because the past five months that I've been going there tried to find it, I only was able to get it once. Then this rude Pakistani lady decided to ask me why I was asking for that ice cream and I told her that that is my favorite ice cream and they are the only ones that seem to have it. She then hung up the phone on me and when I tried to call back no one would answer the phone so I assumed that she just didn't want to speak about ice cream which happens to be Baskin-Robbins business. So I too will never return to this place to buy anything again because I actually do like their coffee and there banana splits but at the same time I will not be spoken to this way and at the same time actually being hung up on because she didn't want to go check to see if she had this ice cream available for me so I would not have to drive for nothing.
They never get my order correct even with it plainly printed in the sticker on my cup what I ordered and unless you get there before 6pm dont expect to order from the baskin robbins menu. I was told that part closes early heaven forbid id like a sundae after dinner
This location was out of various menu items, and the employee serving us refused to open a new tub of ice cream. He also could not understand English very well and asked me what my wife wanted rather than asking her. Will not return.
We were visiting friends in the area and wanted ice cream. So we looked at Baskin-Robbins.com and picked what we wanted. This location refers you to the corporate website. When we get to the location it is a combo with Dunkin. No inside access. Drive thru only. I attempted to order sundaes from the website but was told very rudely that they don?t have that. I proceeded to ask for 3 sundaes and I was asked whether we wanted 1,2 or 3 scoops. I said 3 please. Another person jumped in on the order and took over after the female was extreme rude. I finished the order and drove to the pickup window. I explained to the gentleman that we were not from the area and we looked up the ice cream on the website. He said they were independently owned and did not carry all the corporate product. I took our orders and left. The ice cream tasted fine but the service was bad. How can you not carry the product when you refer customers to the corporate website and menu?
They never have any of their listed items. One of their workers is very difficult to understand, and is also rude. I even called ahead of time for an item once, to ensure they had the flavor in different varieties. And still, once I placed my order, it took 20 or 30 minutes, and a driver already outside waiting; for them to let me know they don't have it.
