Great food and service! my man wanted to try this place for some time since he saw that they had mojarra fritta on the menu. we came to lunch this afternoon and had no problems finding a table. my man ordered of course the mojarra fritta 12.99) and I ordered churrisco 14.99) the mojarra fritta is a deep fried bone in tilapia. it was perfectly cooked and had a good amount of taste. it came nice and hot, the skin was crispy and not soggy, and the meat was moist. my churrisco was also very good. the steak was tasteful and not excessively hard. the tortillas were hot and also had a nice taste. the chorizo was delicious. my husband still felt bite of it. we had the feeling that the prices and portions were good and the service was also great. our waitress took our orders immediately and checked us several times throughout the time to make sure that it was good and to offer us dinge. this place can be small and rugged, but the food packs some great taste. we will definitely return!

I went to the restaurant and ordered takeout. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes, which was very fast. I ordered two tamales, one pork and one chicken, a grilled cheese, and horchata. The horchata was okay, but a bit watery. The pork tamale was good, but the chicken tamale had bones in every bite, some small and some large. The chicken was also dry. I had high hopes, but overall, I was not impressed.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and incredibly fresh! Despite having a large party, they were very accommodating and offered to split the bill per party. We are excited to return in the future.
