I went to Dunkin Donuts at BWI D gate and the line was so long but by the time I got close to the counter I saw the interaction that the server had with each customer. He was friendly and professional. He smiled and pleasantly asked what he could get for me. I told him that he was doing a great job because his service was great. He knew there was a long line but he still treated everyone like valued customers which makes a huge difference, in my opinion. It was his attitude that impressed me enough to give a 5 star review. Some of the other stores in the terminal could learn a lesson from that associate.
I ordered the app at BWI Terminal D. When I arrived at the pick-up place, I was told that they could not sell the product I ordered (frozen coffee) and that they could not refund the costs. I was then directed to calling the number listed in the app. When I called, the number only offered the opportunity to check a gift card balance. The selection of something else led to the call being disconnected. I've been told that the location staff will try again tomorrow. While I understand that this goes beyond the control of the local staff, someone who is connected to the location has the opportunity to communicate to DD HQ that they are not able to provide a significant part of the beverage menu. If the app menu for the location is not updated to reflect the on-site menu, this problem will occur again.
I'm the only one in the line and wait in the register for about 5 min, thought the lady who kept the refrigerator, or the lady who takes donuts away or the 2 girls behind the barista counter would recognize me or take my order. But for no purpose did they keep their conversation and I had to ask if someone could take my order? A lady comes to the register without greeting and immediately gives me the cold shoulder and says what you want. I threw myself away so badly. This team u got work needs for the most important part for large customer service is really welcomed.
