It's hard to rate it well because the night staff really don't want to do anything, but the day staff work so hard to do a good job. Stop in at 11 pm? Latte machine is down for cleaning. Ok fair enough. Return at 11:30, sorry, latte machine is down for cleaning. ... ... try again at midnight, or 3 am or 5 am... you guessed it. Down for cleaning. Here's the thing, I'm a former Tim's employee, who used to clean the espresso machine. The cleaning cycle is automated and runs for less than 7 minutes, with a little premeasured tab of cleaning powder. It's not down for cleaning. You just want me to go away.
