All staff were professional, courteous very understanding of a younger, nervous patient. The hospital amenities were very clean modern. I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. I went there for a day procedure and was impressed by the professional staff and amazing patient care. It was a really stress-free experience, thanks to the team of nurses in theatre and day surgery for their awesome care.

From the moment I arrived at the emergency room until the surgery, I felt extremely comfortable despite the intense pain I was experiencing. The nurses were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing caring support to help me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist and surgeons were highly professional, clearly explaining everything in a reassuring manner to help me relax and feel confident in their care. I had day surgery today, May 30th, and it was a fantastic experience. Every person involved in my procedure, from the front desk to the nurses and theater staff, was amazing. The hospital is top-notch and I would give it a 10/10 rating. Anyone who has had a bad experience should consider the incredible medical staff who work tirelessly to save lives every day.

Fantastic value for money. We liked the food and service so much that we will come back here simply eat (live in melbourne but stayed in hotel for a couple of nights during home renovation).
