Lunch with a friend was a delight at this charcoal grill modern bar inside the Prahran Markets. Sitting on stools around the raised platform for this stylish eatery. Enjoy a Beer or Sake with the very tasty food which is grilled as you watch.

I always go Wasshoi after Sunday badminton session at Albert park. Their juicy and tasty pork belly is irresistible! Totally love it!

Had lunch here today with a friend. I had the tasy twice cooked pork belly and my friend had the beef burger. Both very good and sooo tasty. Its surprisingly filling too. Definitely be going back there to try the chicken ????

We've been meaning to try Wasshoi's since it opened and finally had the right excuse today!We were there early so no problems getting one of the stools around the counter but I have seen it get very busy however they do take-away.The people are all very pleasant and smile a lot.Menu is basically charcoal grilled beef, chicken or pork in either a bun/roll or as a "don" i.e. with rice in a bowl. I think they also serve a miso soup.I had the chicken roll which includes a type of kimchi, lettuce and a lightly spicy mayonnaise. Very tasty.Lyn had the chicken don and declared it very good.Each came with a yochu? a lemon drink which was very nice as part of a "deal".Very tasty and satisfying.
