They must be doing this on purpose for it to happen at almost every McDonalds I have been to. So lame!Kid-friendliness: Play area
I believe Keisha is the manager, she is awesome. She is a hard worker, But the same guy that gave me my order at the window has a horrible attitude. No customer service skills. I have to stop going there. Smh.
Took a long time for someone to take our order through the drive through. I had to drive around to the next side and of course when I got the other side someone came to that speaker. Also food was wrong.
This review pertains to the McDonald's on Naperville Rd in Wheaton... the fries are too salty, the meat is greasy, and the buns are stale. The quality of food for that place has really declined. Its like eating playdoh.
This is the most frustrating Mcds I 've ever kept going to. ?? It 's almost impossible to order. The orders are 99% wrong all day long. Told the girl I was having issues understanding the app she responded, That 's not my problem. I said alrighty then. Guy in front of me waiting to order (for 20+ min) several attempts to call someone over, ended up shoving everything on the counter, into the kitchen area, said some thangs, then left. Mad ? Seriously, what happened to society.Parking: Maybe around 7 spots on the right 7ish on leftKid-friendliness: Has a Play area that 's fun, but cleanliness has always been ??since the place first opened. Fingers crossed. ??Hoping your kids have good immune systems.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in with a wheelchair but you have to cross the lot to get to the building where the ramp is.
