Guy serving us was talking really loud on the phone while taking our order, oh and since this ice cream store is attached to a Dunkin' Donuts I asked for donuts and was told there were out of donuts! How does a Dunkin' Donuts not have donuts!!!?

I ordered a $70 cake for my son's bday. I paid for 1) cookie dough ice cream flavor but received strawberry (my son is allergic to strawberry) and 2) received vanilla cake instead of chocolate. NO REFUND on their mistake that could've hospitalined my son!!!

The floors were full of paper and debris. The table tops were filthy. The garbage cans were overflowing, with paper on the floor, etc. I didn’t check the bathroom lol. If they have one I wouldn’t risk my health going in it. Steady stream of customers amazing! Need I say more ????

Ordered a birthday cake for my child 's party. Was given the wrong flavors, which I only realized at the party when it was cut into. I asked for my money back and they had the audacity to say I should have called when I realized the mistake to return it and get a new one would have only taken a couple of hours to remake ... So, take away an ice cream cake from my kid 's party and ask everyone to wait two hours for another one? Sure.Never again.

Old consistent staff was great. New folks are not good. Service and quantity is inconsistent This morning the coffee was like water. The guys act like they are doing you a favor
