Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Nasty disappears. I returned these popeyes 15 minutes after leaving the trip with the wrong order. the kerl on the theke began to sell each of the 9 pieces of chicken from the box I brought back with the others! I had to explain why he couldn't. he was completely worrying and did not understand that it was a health risk and simply careless. After I had brought him to this, I asked for a refund. will not go back.

Asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade as is advertised on all the posters outside the location and was told they don't serve that at Popeyes. The cherry on top was getting the substitute drink incorrect as well. Better off going to a different location

Really your doors were not open at dinner time tonight and then your employees coming in for the late shift were acting like they were in Chicago.

Trust the rating. These people can't get a single simple order right. You can't even expect a simple chicken sandwich with fries and a coke to be done right. Go somewhere else.

Went through the drive-thru and you can barely hear the person on the other end. I asked the cashier to repeat the order and it was correct but when I got home, the 8pc family meal consisted a large side with 4 biscuits. The mash is NOT a large and didn’t get the fries. Tried giving them a 2nd chance because they’re in the neighborhood. Looks like I’ll continue to go to the one in Addison instead.
