Arby's - Glendale

I don’t understand why Google Maps says you close at midnight when the dining room is locked by 8 PM. It doesn’t add up! Please clarify your hours or specify when the dining area closes.

I was really disappointed with my half-pound sandwich—it seemed like just a regular sandwich. And only one packet of Arby's sauce per sandwich? What’s up with that? I ended up spending $70 on food that really should have been much better. Please improve your quality, because next time, I won’t hesitate to address my concerns in person.

I placed an order with ID AABYEK2JAJAU at 12:57 PM, with a total of $29.17. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The employee, Shelia, seemed to have a bad attitude and was in a rush throughout the process, repeating the order multiple times. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, it was incorrect right from the start. The drinks were wrong; we ordered a punch with ice, but instead received Dr. Pepper and Coke. While the Coke was acceptable, the Dr. Pepper was not what we wanted. The employee charged us for the drinks, and we left, assuming everything was fine. However, when we arrived home, we discovered that the Buffalo Chicken Wrap meal had Buffalo sauce on it, despite our request for it without that sauce. Additionally, there were no straws included with our order. I almost forgot to mention that when we were asked if we spoke Spanish or English, we replied that we spoke both. Overall, this visit was disappointing. Thank you for your attention.

I might be spoiled but my first gyros was consumed next to a roadside stand in Germany operated by a Turkish man. I watched him carve the meat form a vertical rotisserie and it was served in a hard roll. Soft bread is so overrated. So delicious and it camewith pomfritz (French fries). The gyros I got from Arby's was edible but was loaded down with lettuce, tomatoes (I have nothingagainst L&T) and a (pretty tasty) sour cream the flatbread it was served in did not detract from the eat. The issue I have isthe meat, or was it really meat? This stuff blows Taco Bell away when it comes to this question. I like tofu but this stuff wassome kind of preformed sliced protien matter. Nothing like roasted meat. If I rated the place solely on the sandwich it wouldbe a 1 star.

Update: My wife convinced me to give them another try and they immediately proved why they deserve 1 star (I had updated it to 3 after they tried to make it right after a couple of other bad experiences). Stale fries and my sandwhich wasnt even in the bagwhen she brought it home. I am offically done with Arbys and will not ever be back. Unless you want missing or stale food, Isuggest you avoid this location in particular.
