My friend was a hired here treated like dog the manager would not clean everythin their literally eating in the floor ice cream hope yall know that promised higher lonely that they never got when you think of a job here dont

I dont know....do you see anything wrong with this cake? If so hopefully management can provide some sort of refund or gift certificate for an appology after 23 years of patronage....?

Ordered a cake on Friday for Sunday pickup. I ordered a basic ice cream cake that said Happy Birthday Nichole. I showed up and the 2 employees working said they could not find my cake. I showed them my order confirmation and let them know the almost $50 for a cake already came out of my bank account. The guy working called the manager and within a couple minutes told me they didn't know and couldn't find it. The guy gave me the managers number to call and the manager put me on hold while he called the store. Says it's there. After waiting for 15 minutes the guy comes out saying he found it. I looked at the writing and can tell he wrote the message on the cake while I was dealing with the manager. It looks like a 5 year old wrote it. No sorry no discount nothing. Will not go back ever again

I preordered a ice cream cake on line when I arrived to pick up the cake it didn’t have “happy birthday jimmy” was not written on it and when it was time to service the cake it was a mint chocolate chip not chocolate chip that I ordered. I called the store to talk to the owner/manager and the employee ”hmmm hmmm he’s not here”. I would think long and hard before I order another cake from this store. I’m very disappointed and the service at this store.

They went above and beyond in providing my daughter a non-lactose drink comparable to a cappuccino blast. Very helpful friendly.
