Bitz-ee Mamas - Glendale

Found in Historic Glendale Arizona.... Apparently this restaurant was the place to eat years ago, but with management and menu change, the old Bitzee Mamas is just a reminder. Upon arrival we went through the bar and karaoke area. We sat when the hostess visited other guests. The restaurant was gently lit and the interior was a bit worn and tired looking. The restaurant was moderately busy (which I don't know). The service was quite slow, took 15 minutes to get drinks (ice tea and soda) and another 45 minutes before we received our meals. During the waiting period we were offered refills. In the end, meals were best moderate. It was a few months and I would like to give this restaurant a second chance, just try to train the courage. In my opinion, they need to clean the restaurant, give it a fresh new look and the menu on a few things they do really good.
