Andrew and Hope go above and beyond. Very friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. I enjoy meeting up with my friend there for a mocha frappe. A very cozy place to sip coffee alone or with friends. I highly recommend it.

Had a very bad experience today around 2 PM the store on 75th Ave. and Glendale. Waited for my drink and banana bread took way too long with 4 people working there and not busy at all went up to get a refund and supposedly my order got deleted by accident and that’s why my order was never done. Never coming again . Been here so many times and have so many problems. Need to hire people who aren’t kids.

I absolutely love their coffee. I'm very addicted. Stop by there a couple times a week. Get my fix. The employees are friendly and cheerful. If you haven't tried this place, it's a must. I think they're better than Starbucks or Dutch Brothers or even the human being

I love black rock coffee, but I'm not going to lie, this is the worst location I've been too, they are always messing my drink up, I never get what I order and when I catch the mistakes, the workers roll their eyes at me like if I was annoying lol, im just trying to get my coffee which I'm paying for. Never coming back here again, I gave it to many chances.
