Burger King - Glendale

Not the cleanest, or friendliest, this is not my favorite location. Seems a lot of troubled people come to this one. Not awful, but could use friendlier employees, also my fries were kinda cold, undercooked.

The chicken fries that I ordered were cold, hard, and fell apart they were so dry. The fountain drink machine was not calibrated correctly and the staff just talked loudly about they want to go swimming later. Very disappointed

I had a terrible experience with the customer service here, and even though I used to visit often, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Just four nights ago, I went to enjoy a meal and was greeted with an overly loud speaker system. My friend jokingly commented on the strong bass, asking if they had JBLs. I tried to join in the fun, but I suddenly got cut off and told to go somewhere else. It was incredibly frustrating! The service felt unprofessional and dismissive. It’s disappointing because it used to be a decent spot, but I won’t be returning. I'd recommend looking for better service elsewhere.

Fast food is supposed to be fast. Im sitting outside for 15 mins and counting.. with another car waiting for my food that cost me $50 for 4 people. I could be in a restaurant for this. Burger King needs to lower prices and fix staff.

My advice, keep on driving, this place is not worth your time. Why? 1. The establishment does not participate in the BK rewards app (per cashier they do not accept codes from mobile devices). 2. The inside smelled like there's possibly some plumbing issues).
