Firehouse Subs Northern Crossing

For the first time on the other day landed in this place and ordered a steak and cheese without mustard, and of course it had mustard on it and the bread was extremely sluggish. I called and they replaced the sub, it was okay. I probably never buy another sub from this place again. There are much better places with better subs.

Shoutout to a worker named Miranda, my husband and I came tonight at 8:00 before they were closed, we have to pay our loose change for our meal when our cashier server named Miranda offered to pay half of our meal. Thank you for making our night. God bless you!

Get the Italian sub, it's great. I like this place better than some of the others. The staff is beautiful here.

I visited this Firehouse Subs on 07/29/22 at noon. During my visit a very new employee worked in the register. I had a voucher, a big order with some extras. The new employee was great, but didn't understand the register yet. This, when the shift management (not catching up its name), helped the new employee and us everything without delay or confusion. For the rest of the visit I noticed how this layered line moved the memory during the orders, the phone answered and other supported. Very good job and nice to see someone go beyond their work.
