Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The place is very nice and comfortable. To have a simple bite in the night not heavy dinner, choose the steakburgers his good and love the ice cream. Price is affordable,Staff is friendly.

I went to you 7670 W. Bell Road, Glendale, AZ location today and Jessica worked the ride thru. Because of my schedule, I eat a LOT and I am often – no, excessive – disappointed. Many thru employees are friendly, but many do NOT have the passion, professionalism, or the desire to make the day and order of the customer exceptional. In fact, 9:10 times my order is wrong – and by “wrong” it is usually something very simple as “no cheese”. I also feel that most employees work “for the paycheck” and, with Jessica, I feel they really care about their customers and their experiences. In addition, I feel that too many employees do not realize that they represent their employer well or badly... call it “lead through association”. While I rarely have a “bad day” when I did, I would hope she works! It is very rare that I write about a positive fast food or general restaurant experience and always enjoy doing this when the opportunity arises.

The Hamburgerpatties are thin (at least one double) but they are delicious! The Chicago Dog is also great. But the fries are as addictive as cracks! These incredibly thin pommes are probably the best I ever had. They're all crispy out there! I only had Freddy's earlier about a year ago at what I just discovered her flagship place. Tonight, the food feels like a rediscovery. I had the cheese steak that wasn't my favorite, but probably prepared exactly how it should be. On the Condiment / Beverage Counter a bit of attention was missing, as the sweet tea was empty, as its famous frying sauce. This will happen this time.

Hidden jewel! Big burgers and love the spiced pommes. Good prices and the covenant are great!

Fantastic Freddie's. Oh my, where to begin? This has to be my favorite hamburger joint. Order a steakburger, wonderful shoestring-type fries, and for dessert, have the Turtle sundae. The quality of the food is always the best, and the texture of the frozen custard is like eating a heavenly cloud! This Freddies is the only store this far west, so take advantage, Phoenix! Freddie's will have you coming back again, and again...
