Hot N Juicy Crawfish - Glendale

First time here and I can honestly say the food was amazing. Loved the flavor of it, the taste, everything... the messed up my daughter's order of chicken nuggets but overall, we enjoyed the food. Will definitely be back..

I’ve given this place a few changes. At first the food was overcooked and took forever. The last straw for me was when I told my waiter he had a booger. He walked away and came back and the booger was even more exposed, hanging out his nose. All I could think about was how there was no way he went to the bathroom and used the mirror to clean himself up. He straight up walked out of sight to pick his nose with his bare hands and then was about to serve me my food???????????

Service, location, and cleanliness were A . Flavor and value for money C-. I ordered 1lb of Alaskan crab legs (no corn, no sausage, no potatoes, no egg). The price was $43.00! Perhaps since its in westgate they have to upcharge. I don 't believe it was an entire pound. It was very light and also the most expensive pound in this area. It was one cluster and 2 baby back leg empty pieces. The spice level that I ordered was baby spice however it was definitely medium spice. Why did I stay after they told me the price?Because the customer service was the best. Will not recommend nor visit again.Parking: Its westgate. As long as you go when there are not any events at State farm then you will find parking. The walk is not so bad

The sauce is good. The seafood is clearly frozen and a lot of the times over cooked. Takes absolutely forever to get a table they don’t take reservations. Then you sit in here for WAY too long for your food. Take my advice and order for pickup.

Overall as a lover of seafood I was disappointed for my first time here. The staff seemed great, I did get to go. However, all of the food seemed very overcooked or left over. For the price spent I did expect better quality seafood. Shrimp were by far overcooked and smooshy, crab was salty but also overcooked, tasted left over, and the corn itself looked sad and dry. Crawfish were okay. The only reason for a two was the spice level I wanted was what I did get, however the sauce itself was very runny. Couldn't dip things into it for flavor. Last but not least there was supposed to be a pound of shrimp and crawfish, but I believe it was around half a pound each, possibly 1/4 pound of crab which was supposed to be a half pound.
