I was attempting to complete a drive-thru order when I was informed that I had to go inside because the drive-thru register was down. I understand that the headsets are cordless, so they could easily process my transaction at one of the other two registers in the lobby. It seems like the staff were just too lazy to walk an extra 10 feet. Seriously?!
The quality of service can vary depending on the staff, and they have made quite a few mistakes with orders in the past. It's quite frustrating to have to check your food before leaving the restaurant. However, it may still be worth a visit.
My experience at Cassian's was quite disappointing. The atmosphere felt very unrefined, and the staff seemed unprofessional and lacking in training. I wouldn't recommend this place; it's best to steer clear of it.
I called ahead of time to make sure that my daughter grandson and I could dine in and while the dining room was open I was given my order bagged as a to go order but there were no napkins no fork no dressing for my salad. They say that they don’t offer a tray to dine in and they don’t leave condiments napkins anything else for the customer to get it themselves because of Covid, I think it’s laziness.
