Feedback gevenI had to place my order from a different location because it was taking too long—about an hour and a half. When I finally got home, I realized the pizza wasn't even cut. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service.
I was extremely frustrated with my experience at this restaurant. I placed an order and waited over an hour, only to receive a notification claiming my pizza was ready. To my dismay, when I arrived, my order wasn't ready at all. It felt like a misleading tactic, possibly to improve their reported numbers. Meanwhile, the management appeared overwhelmed and disorganized. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
I prepaid and used the portal for pickup, but I still ended up waiting 20 minutes. The employees didn't put customers' names on the portal, so our pizzas were just sitting there while we waited, growing increasingly impatient. On top of that, the pizza was overcooked. This needs to be addressed immediately!
This store and the 35 Ave are deplorable and serious management issues I can’t believe we have to wait over an hour and people fighting for the pizza is a very bad feeling environment the employees make fun of us when we start to asking for the pizza or our money back.Please people stop to contribute to a so bad business.
Store takes 30-40 minutes when you place online order. Doordash orders are always backed up. I spoke to a older white lady today that told me she can't help me when I asked for a pickup order and to call Doordash even tho I've been waiting for 30 minutes. No stars if I could. Rude white lady needs to be fired.
