Louie - Glendale

Bar Louie consistently exceeds expectations. We always end up returning to this place. If you're in the mood for delicious burgers and great atmosphere on a Friday night, this is the perfect spot for you. Make sure to check it out - their drinks are fantastic as well!

If you are served by Barbie, I would recommend requesting a different server. My husband and I visited the restaurant today around 1pm and received terrible service. First, it took my husband about 15 minutes to receive a glass of water while I already had a non-alcoholic beverage and water in front of me. When he finally did receive the water (just minutes after we got our appetizer), Barbie did not even apologize for the wait. Additionally, she incorrectly entered my husband's order as shrimp tostadas instead of shrimp tacos. He sent the tostadas back and said he did not want anything else. Barbie assured us that she would remove it from the bill. However, when we received the bill, we noticed that shrimp tacos were still listed. When we brought this to her attention, instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, she argued with my husband before eventually correcting it. While mistakes happen, her nonchalant and unapologetic attitude towards the situation was disappointing. The only highlight of our experience was the spinach artichoke dip, which unfortunately we did not get a picture of.

We had a group dinner at this restaurant and they were excited to have us. The atmosphere was clean and there was good music playing. We arrived just in time to take advantage of the happy hour specials, which was a nice perk. Our server was very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. She even made quick friends with my granddaughter! The food was delicious and served hot, and everyone had a great time.

Wow where do I start? Closest thing to the most perfect bar in all of Glendale. (The mural on the wall is not the best) but besides that, they have the best service. The bartenders, stand out specifically. They take pride in their job and drinks.Justine does a great job in maintaining a great atmosphere and drink quality. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have agreat time around friends, great food, atmosphere and drinks.

Funny smell inside but overall the service was good and the place is less crowded than the other bars in Westgate on a Saturday night! The ?new dress code rules? in Westsgate are no athletic shorts or pants?which is weird for Arizona, being that summernights will easily be in the high 90 degree temperatures in July and August. Bar Louie ain?t enforcing that silly rule so? BarLouie for the WIN because their place is just as good plus there?s a full menu til close!
