Nypd Pizza - Glendale

This review is for a situation that happened on Thursday, 29 September. I had placed an order online for a paprika calzone and when the order was picked up and I arrived home, I noticed that it was pfefferoni, but also huge pieces of wobbles and wore. I had to double check my reception just to make sure that I had no butterfinger and hit the wrong button for hits; I didn't. I called the restaurant at 7:30 a.m. and told them the situation and the staff offered to have the restaurant to have it for me without problems. I really have nothing to do with it; but until I had made it into the restaurant, they would have been closed and I didn't want them to stay open, just for a calzone. I asked the employee what my other solutions were and she had talked to the manager jeff. I have explained the situation and made him aware that I cannot hand it over to nypd in time, and he offered me to reimburse myself for my calzone and he has still appreciated me for the same calzone, told me that I would only have to call in my order so that they know that I am in the system. this assessment is not a complaining at all. I wanted to write this to make public and hopefully nypd more aware that I was very noticeable how this situation was treated. I have always enjoyed nypd and now my dear to this delicious pizza operation has solidified. you guys are rocking!

The first time here. delicious pizza in NY style! had the mott street meat lovers with paprika, sausage and cut meatballs. great taste and consistency. the service was at the top. will definitely come back!

My wife and I ordered from there today and were put away from eating within after we have given up an order, just a few minutes before. which is why this is against its policy. our children had an absolute descent just before the walk into the restaurant and we hoped to eat there, order some drinks and dunes-in; but my family and I will not be ordered from this restaurant after the hispanic long-haired waiter felt unwilling to come by turning us off. one of these days I hope he has children and learns how often schedules change. unreal.

They have a vegan pizza that says that they are a cauliflower breast this is done with egg! vegetarian and vegan are two different dings. Moreover, the manager was rudely trying to tell me that I would have vegan cheese on another pizza if I had eaten, I would be sick for two days down and sick for a week. I went up my pizza to ask, and he had said that this was the right thing that the woman worked trying to stop him before continuing so defense on a pizza that was wrong and that was made with milk cheese. he said we're gonna make you the right pizza. at this point I just went away from his own menu and how they look. milk cheese looks different from vegan cheese. he never came to check on our table to make sure everything was in order after it came back. but when I got the pizza, I had to ask if it was the flower charcoal, and she said it was not good when I found out that they were stuck in them. so be very careful with the lack of knowing about their menu skills and having false adverts on their menu.

This a Great Place for sone Pizza. Very easy menu and medium priced. Lots of parking and well lit. Lots of seats and nice bar area. Food taste great and large portions. Service is very top notch. Kid friendly. I would suggest some pictures for the hall way to the bathroom. Highly Recommended
