The rice was some of the best I?ve had from a restaurant. The red hot sauce had a great kick of heat. The green sauce was a it more sweet. Will definitely be returning.
This is a really great local restaurant. It is very clean and our food came out quickly. They make their tortillas fresh in the restaurant. Everything tasted amazing. I got the street taco combo Al Pastor. This is definitely going to be one of my go to places from now on.
5 rolled tacos with rice was very delicious. Perfectly crunchy and served. Freshly made. Shrimp fajita plate was awesome! Great price for the portion. Very clean place.
Searching for SoCal Mexican and were thrilled to find Oscar's, which is related to the popular Cotijas shops in San Diego. Disappointed that the rolled tacos were ground beef instead of shredded beef or chicken. Got the Cali burrito chimi-style. Love the concept, but the fries were soggy instead of crisp.
Great food and big portions. I got four tacos and I barely finished one and a half. The shrimp taco and pork carnitas was phenomenal. The chicken and beef are okay. I didn't get to try the crispy or the beer battered fish tacos. They have really good horchata. Lunch for two with one drink was $34 including a 15 tip. The restaurant was small but clean. Yeah that's true. Overall is similar to that of a Chipotle on the inside. 10 out of 10. We'll go again and get the shrimp tacos!
