Starbucks Coffee - Glendale

I ordered an iced coffee, but it tasted like sweetened water. I went back to have it remade, and the older gentleman who helped me looked upset while doing so. I don't think I'll be returning to that location again.

I've been visiting this Starbucks for quite some time, and I have to say the staff is always friendly, even though this location tends to be very busy. The drinks are prepared quickly, and I’ve never experienced any mix-ups with my orders. The outdoor seating area is pleasant, especially when the weather isn’t too hot. There’s some shade available, which is a nice touch. They also have misters to help keep the area comfortable, making it bearable even in the Arizona heat.

I just came from the Starbucks at 59th Avenue and the 101 freeway, but they didn’t have the ingredients for the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. I tried to go to this location, only to find out they closed at 3 PM. I thought their hours on the website said they were open until 8 PM, but I guess I was mistaken.

Starbucks is Starbucks always high standards. However the bathroom was pretty dirty. Other than that the drinks were good. I got a Carmel macchiato and my wife got a iced vanilla chai.

So helpful and accommodating! I ordered online at a different location and accidentally went to this location not paying attention. They went ahead and made my order for me at this store and they did it fast and with a smile.
