Feedback gevenThis story is about Landon and a young man with blonde hair (I’m sorry, I can’t recall your name). It was the 4th of July, and I stopped by Subway to grab some sandwiches before heading to the annual firework show at Hurricane Harbor. I’ve noticed that this Subway typically closes its lobby 30 minutes before closing time, but I’ve never seen anyone react before until yesterday. Around 7:20, the staff informed a family in front of me that the lobby would be closing soon. Most of the family took it well, but one older man became extremely upset. In retrospect, he might have been really drunk since it was the holiday, but that’s no excuse for yelling at some hard-working high schoolers earning minimum wage. The workers chose to let the family finish their meal despite the situation, but this decision led to other customers leaving. I was really impressed that, despite the chaos, the employees maintained their composure, kept smiling, and made my sandwiches taste amazing. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting this Subway and supporting their wonderful staff.
This guy meticulously counted every ingredient he added to my wraps—3 jalapeños, 5 onions, and 4 banana peppers on each one—yet still charged over $10. I used to have no issues with this location. Food: 1/5.
This place has consistently been great, but unfortunately, tonight (December 15, 2022, at 6 PM) I had a disappointing experience. They prepared two sandwiches that were nearly inedible. One sandwich had two pieces of lettuce roots, the guacamole looked two days old, was discolored, and tasted off. The Roasted Turkey footlong only had four small pieces of turkey, and both sandwiches had bits of banana pepper heels in them. I couldn’t finish most of the food and won’t be ordering from Subway again for a while. It’s a shame, especially since I had been ordering from them every few days for the past couple of weeks. I haven't left a positive review yet because I've had similar experiences in the past, which led me to avoid Subway for a long time.
First and foremost I 'm not one to usually post a review, nor a bad one at that. I 'm personally a Chef, and understand the struggle that the industry is in currently. That being said, there is no excuse for the customer service my wife and I received this afternoon.After walking in as the only customers in the building we were greeted quickly by Chris and asked how many sandwiches we would be ordering. We informed him of our order, (2 FL meatball subs) and were told let me see if I have any made. This was not a problem, until we were told, well your lucky we actually made some more . At 4 o 'clock in the afternoon this seemed to be a strange comment to make to a guest. After fumbling around with the meatballs, three other gentleman walked in and we were told we had to wait while Chris went to get his associate to help him as he was clearly overwhelmed at this point.After the long process of getting prepared to make the sandwiches we were finally under way. Finally we make it to the toppings, per usual here the cold table is set too cold so all the veggies are completely iced over and frozen to the sides of the pans. Chris than stuffs our toppings on each sandwich, and as he goes to roll them up he pushes/crushed everything out of the sandwiches back onto the paper. As I asked if it would be possible to get the veggies back in the sandwich and re-wrapped I 'm told, well that 's what you get when you order toppings on a meatball sandwich, it 's all going to the same place anyways. He than smashes everything back into the paper and rolls our sandwiches up and flops them into our bag.Finally we make it to the register after about 25-30 minutes of painfully watching Chris butcher both sandwiches. Only to be insulted for using a coupon for the sandwiches he had made for us. Needless to say we will never be visiting this location again which is unfortunate as it is right around the corner from our home.
Honestly, hands-down, the best subway I've been to fresh food super clean and awesome staff. Matthew was super respectful and made a damn good sandwich. 5stars forsure
