Subway - Glendale

I always love subway. Sometimes their employees are a little snobby. But not this one.

I'm super mad this is the worst subway restaurant, I placed an order at 4:13 pmI ordered two footlong sandwichesone of them Italian bread without onionand the other one is Italian herb&cheese bread with onion, they switched the bread I also ordered Sprite but I didn't receive it, PLUS I received the order after one hour and half and the sandwiches were cold and the chicken wasn't cooked enoughand they never answer the phone this is so stupid I paid $40

I went in on my 30 minute lunch break after picking my son up from preschool. Waited for about 5-10 minutes to place my order because one one employee was working and was in the middle of an online order. Placed my order picked out chips and drinks went to pay with the only thing I had in me was a 50.00 because someone made fraudulent charges on my bank card and they placed a hold on it. She said sorry we don’t take Large bills. You can go to the gas station and break it and come back. I looked on the door and at the order line and nothing said no large bills. I just wasted almost my entire lunch waiting to place my order then wait to have my order made and for you to say If you break my 50.00 I will be taking all you have in your drawer! My change would of been like 30.00. Come on! I ended having to go home with no food because My lunch was over..

I would give it no stars but couldn't unless i picked one. States mask required and there was 2 people in there with no mask.

I ate there on a Tuesday night with my son. he had food poisoning for two days. he's grown up and that was the only thing he ate this day. be careful. I'm not here for the management anymore. they have a new manager who cleaned the load and it looks better. food quality is not good, however. To have food poisoning for 48 hours is rough, so please wait.
