Ten Oaks Tavern - Glenelg

Friendly professional staff. For a Sunday evening and the restaurant not that busy it took a little too long to get our food. We found out later they were a bit understaffed. Regardless, very good bar food, and waiter did everything to turn our experienceto a good one. I'd definitely be back.

I ordered a burger that was decent, but unfortunately, it was overcooked. It seemed like my medium burger had been left in the warmer for too long while they were busy preparing another dish for our table. By the time I received it, it was well done. Had it not been for the generous, juicy toppings and the absurd wait time, I would have sent it back.

This bar and grill has a pleasant casual vibe, making it a great spot for lunch. The food was excellent, and the service was equally impressive, with our meals arriving promptly and at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend it!

"Where everyone knows your name." During our first visit for dinner, my daughter tried the corned beef and cabbage, which was absolutely delicious. I opted for the Reuben and I will definitely be ordering that again. We returned for burgers, and they were great as well. They offer happy hour and daily specials, so be sure to check their website. Oh, and did I mention they have Guinness on tap? Ten Oaks is located in a rural part of Howard County, near the Glenelg Post Office. It's easy to find, and we had no trouble with parking on any of our visits. The restaurant features fantastic food and drinks, friendly patrons at the bar, and a cozy dining area. You should definitely check it out and enjoy!
