Mcalister's Deli - Glenview

The food is fantastic! The browkies are consistently delicious, and you should definitely get four of them every time you visit. The tea is wonderful—easily the best in all of Illinois. Make sure to dine at this place. The manager, Roy, is excellent and extremely friendly. The cashier, Robin, is also very pleasant and genuinely cares about your order and dining experience. This is a must-visit restaurant!

This place is fantastic! The interior design is cozy and inviting, and they play some great classic tunes. The menu has plenty of options, prices are low, and the food is incredible! I had the McAlister's club, and the cold cuts with honey mustard were just right. I paired it with their famous iced tea, which was a perfect match. They also offer bread bowls with soups, and those were quite satisfying—perfectly toasted and served with just the right amount of soup. I will definitely be back. This has become my new go-to spot. Sorry, Panera!

Don?t order for pickup? it won?t be ready at the time promised. Seems they?re short staffed no one?s even at the register. Saw a customer go behind the counter to refill his beverage because he was waiting so long. Ridiculous. Pay people their worth and you might be able to hire more staff.

It takes 35 minutes for an online pick up order ridiculous!! They are so understaffed it?s laughable. 2 stars for decent food and it being allergy friendly which is why I find myself schlepping back there every once and a while.

They were super rude when I called on the phone. The lady on October first around 2-4 pm has no customer service skills and has a horrible tone. I ordered to the wrong place and asked if I can cancel the order and she said yes and then hung up. How am I supposed to know if I can get a refund, do I have to go in? She left so many things on answered and was very not courteous.
