Drinks were made fast and delicious. Staff were also nice and friendly.
The interior and vibe is amazing. Ladies who took my order were very nice and friendly . They even gave me to try their sample teas, so that I can decide if I want sweet one or not. Their earl grey milk tea is yummy , best if you try it without sugar.
Palgong in Korean means 80, which is the ideal temperature (Celsius to brew tea. Perhaps fitting as it seemed about 80 degrees (Fahrenheit though when we decided we needed a little sweet refreshment. This is a very busy area with cars zipping around and parking can get tight. Palgong is a small store and there is one kiosk. I was intrigued by the Mint Chocolate milk tea (I don't know, it called out to something in me and I added cheese foam. My friend said no, get the whipped cream instead, don't mix the sweet and savory. They ordered a Black Sugar Milk Tea. These included boba. We also ordered less sweet. It was a short wait and we sat down at a table (there are about five . There is a cute green backdrop where we of course took the obligatory product shot.I savored my Mint Chocolate milk tea. It was cool and refreshing, slightly sweet, and despite what my friend said, the minty taste went well with the slightly salty cheese foam. Kind of like a butter mint with a hint of salt. My friend enjoyed the Black Sugar milk tea. We were pleased with the level of sweetness. We agreed that the boba could have had a little firmer texture.Check out Palgong if you are in the area. I have to say, their signature teas make me intrigued enough for a return visit. I'm looking at you, Jakeman's Maple Milk Tea, Tiramisu Milk tea and Black Sesame Milk Tea. (I'm coming back for you, baby, I'm coming back for you!
Love the boba soft yet super chewy. Milk tea is also great.
