Steak N Shake - Glenview

Sa in the drive-thru for at least 15 minutes. first they forgot that they said they had put them in the bag and there was a fry. I'm not going all the way back for a French hairdresser. there were 2 valuable meals that are not so difficult to get right. never again

Waited in drive thru for 40 freakin minutes. There were only like two workers there, this place shouldn’t be open at times when they’re so understaffed.

They say that 3 strikes and your out but not me. I’m a glutton for punishment and today is the 6th and final strike. Huge lines outside that take forever. The indoor kiosks are either not working or you cannot special order what it is you want. The little staff they do have would rather stare at you than address you with even a “hi, welcome to Steak n Shake”. Nope they’d rather pretend you are not there.This used to be a frequent stop for me but never again. Over priced mediocre food at best. Oh and don’t bother calling they won’t even answer the phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I give them 1 star ONLY because zero stars is not an option.I give them 3-6 months before the shut the doors.

Great food. Due to no one wanting to work you have to use a kiosk to order and pay for your food. No longer have waitresses. Staff they had was great.

Order yourself and pay, food gets brought to you, friendly staff. Clean space compared to other locations I’ve visited. Great food.
