The order was just perfect and the service was fast!

The service at this restaurant was great, the drive-thru moved quickly and my order was correct. I wish there were fewer drinks, but overall it was good.

I am usually not one to waste my time reviewing fast food franchises, but this place is consistently so terrible that I had to make an exception. Despite the passing of months and the arrival of new staff, the same problems persist. Almost every time I have purchased something here, I have had to turn back to correct something that was missing or incorrectly prepared. This pattern has repeated itself time and time again. Most recently, I made it all the way home only to realize that my sandwich was missing. I returned to inform the cashier, who apologized and offered a replacement as usual. However, this time I requested something more. I explained that my time and gas had been wasted repeatedly and that I wanted compensation for it. They were unapologetic and dismissive. This is likely the result of their approach to employee compensation in a competitive job market.

Good customer service, although it dose close earlier then most D. D. 10pm?

I had to go a little bit of the way to get here in comparison to the normal Dunkin' donuts I go to but I think I might take a little bit of a longer way from now on because I had such a good experience there with their drive-through staff. George was super nice and personable.
