Ruggiero's Deli Pizza - Glenville

The staff is very friendly, and the food is consistently excellent. I'm really happy with this restaurant!

I ordered a meatball parmesan sub with paprika, and to my surprise, I found something hard in it, which turned out to be a piece of a pepper stem. I returned to show them what I found. Unfortunately, Chris was not very helpful and seemed dismissive. He brushed it off, saying that if you use too many peppers, they can be hard. He didn't apologize or offer any compensation. This experience was disappointing, especially since dining out is a special occasion for me. You've lost my business!

Another great spot in Scotia-Glenville! This restaurant has been serving delicious food to the area for a long time. They have the best steak sandwich around.

We order turkey subs regularly. But note the last 2 times the deli meat was cut in half. We are a 5-star star who now lowers it to a 3 star.

Had them cater a birthday party. Everyone enjoyed the food. Was ready on time at a fare price. Will definitely use them again.
