Chili's Grill - Glenwood

Very disappointing. I asked to drill and reis (2 pages) for 1 ohr mais. they didn't do that before any problem. But today the question was. I was told I could have the mais, but I had to pay extra and order it separately. she called manager and she confirmed that 1 ohr of mais apparently is so much more expensive than leaning and tearing that she is not under 2 pages for 1 I am a restaurant manager, that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I will not order again. Thank you.

So an order was placed online , waited for curbside delivery… no one comes. Go inside to find out what’s going on only to find out the order was given away. Ridiculous, you had one job and screwed it up… and to put the icing on the cake… nothing done for the inconvenience. Really? Really? Save yourself the headache and overpriced cafeteria food… you can definitely do better than these clowns.

Great location. Parking lot is in pretty rough shape, especially in a low riding car. Walked in to workers lounged out in booths by the carry out entrance. We went to the front to be seated and waited a few minutes before being taken to a booth surrounded by several dirty table tops. Our server quickly took our order, kept up on drink refills and food was made perfectly to order. First impressions are everything hence the 4 star rating.

We stopped at this chilis for a late dinner. Started off with teenage girls in the parking lot yelling. We walk in 6 staffer's see us. It's not busy. One ran by us to the parking lot to talk to the teens. Apparently they had been face timing. He runs back in and gets back in his phone. Another employee is holding a broom and texting. Still no one came to seat us. We see the boy run around avoiding the Mgr. STILL NOT SEATED. Finally some one helps us (10 min) she takes us to a table that is not clean. Really none of them are. Trash everywhere, tables walk isles, serving station. It was a nasty hot mess. To say the least we turned around and walked out. If it's that nasty up front what does the kitchen look like? Thanks but no thanks. Hope they clean up there act. We will drive the extra 15 min to Franklin before we ever go back here.
