Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Gloucester

Excellent service, I stopped yesterday at 18:15. the load was very clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and caleb was very helpful. he told me everything about the new promo elements for the winter, and he gave me great suggestions. I'm glad to see that he had a smile on his face for the whole experience. that was my first time in a tropical smoothie and I plan to come back. I think you need more people like him!

Love this tropical smoothie and so glad to see my favorite staff is back! haley is always busy working and gives great service and is so friendly. it always seems happy to be there and helps her colleagues with their job. can not wait to come back and visit this facility and it. thanks for the exceptional service.

I just buy smoothies. No one else can fix these drinks. outstanding

Edit: this place was great when it first opened, but I suppose once the owner stopped showing up all the time the staff stopped caring and the quality of the food and service went down significantly. It's a shame.

The smoothies are very good. And it's nice to have food selections as well and they are good.
