Feedback gevenI moved in the line about 15 minutes before the closure. sat in the line for all 15 minutes only to come into the window and they have told me that they do not have the meat to make my order so that I could have a crispy chicken sandwich or a refund. I didn't say it was fast to eat? can't you just do it? I don't wait, and the girl said that we have lol crazy yo closed, why do they even take my order and let them sit down in the line? I have my refund and I'm out of it, but that's crazy. just tell me they don't feel like they're doing their job. for years I am at mcdonald’s and it took just a dietless trip to remind me why.
The night team in this mc Donald’s!!!! wichtwwer! this mcdonald is a serious nono . the workers are talking to them, but they would like to also the manager. line is super secured, and everyone is waiting for the side so they can bring out their food. I went here to get my kids ice and pommes, and I asked for a quitting because something didn't seem right or could sound right. the girl told me, “We don’t give any revenues” . “If they want their acknowledgement, they get it from the next window than” and had a bad attitude. So I immediately asked her that you don't like your job, go somewhere else and we started to go with it. when I went to the next window, they told me that they gave me my refund and not my order bc there were speeches used to offend a worker (terrable) and it took several workers to come back to the window to not even solve their problem. there is no need to show any kind of emotion, but happiness in a workstation. because people do not trust them as it is, so is friendliness always a plus. in any case will call company at this location, I mean, look at the reviews they see for the problem that I had familiar. not to mention that my man placed a mobile order for one item, and they told me that I must go out the line to go away or get in. actually, this mc donalds needs more training!
I was second in line in-store. The first person was served, but then the cashier went to the back before even acknowledging me. I waited. Then I left the store without ordering.
23 minute wait in Drive Thru. Poor customer service. Employee’s talking about who texted who. Employee’s more worried about drama in their personal lives then customers.
Earlier this week my husband stopped to get McDonald’s. I ordered a Big Mac meal.We received 3 buns in a container; I had to laugh out of frustration. I am unsure how something like this happens.Disappointed.
