Burger King - Gloucester

The dining experience was nice and the food was fresh. However, there were some oddities when it came to ordering and collecting our food. We noticed that hot chocolate was listed on the drive-thru menu, but we were informed they didn't actually sell it. Additionally, when we requested BBQ sauce for our three meals, we received just a small container to share, which felt a bit strange. On a positive note, I appreciated that they packaged the vegetarian meal in a separate bag.

I want to commend Charlotte, a member of the staff, for her outstanding service. I hope management recognizes her as a valuable member of the team! She was very attentive and went above and beyond to assist me and my family with our disabled child. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend that they acknowledge her contributions at the Burger King Exfoliation Centre. Thank you! - Zoe

The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. As for the atmosphere, it perfectly complemented the dining experience. The ambiance was inviting and cozy, contributing to a delightful evening. Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations and is well worth a visit!
