Mcdonald's - Gloversville

When someone finally attended to us and we explained our issue, we were treated like an inconvenience. We were rushed and told to reload the app (which it clearly states not to do) or to call for assistance. However, we were never given a specific contact to call, and no further help was offered; the employee simply walked away. The manager, who was standing nearby and clearly heard our complaints, never came over to address the issue or offer to match the deal on the app. She didn’t even acknowledge our presence. This place has serious problems, starting with their customer service and basic hospitality. I suspect they were ignoring our order or rejecting it outright, as they seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle more than one order at a time.

I hadn't planned on using the drive-thru, but I've been craving a hamburger for weeks. When I saw their sign advertising a special on two double cheeseburgers, I couldn't resist. They were freshly made and incredibly tasty. I don't often visit fast-food places, but I'm really glad I stopped to satisfy my craving. I'm very satisfied!

The service was disappointing to say the least. They couldn't even manage to get a single soda order right, and the staff was incredibly rude. There were no greetings, no farewells, not even a smile. I've never experienced customer service this poor in a drive-thru before. It almost feels like they exclusively hire people with negative attitudes and poor manners.

Just had the worst meal delivered to my house. Never happened before. Ordered Crispy chicken sandwich, fries, water, cookies. The chicken was dry, hard and cold. No fries in the bag!! Tried to call afterwards but no answer. Poor quality sandwich and poor order verification. Reported to Door Dash.

Stopped in shortly after the switch to lunch and had to wait a few minutes for my food. When they brought my food out the had thrown in a couple free pies and some super hot and fresh fries for making me wait. Staff was super helpful and polite. This is what service is about.
