Feedback gevenI just had one of the best experiences I have ever had in a subway! Cheyanne, what a delightful, funny girl. Extremely knowledgeable and her customer service was nothing short of fantastic. This girl isn’t being utilized she needs a promotion.
Placed a picked up order. Best made Subway sandwich I have ordered. Made to my expectations. Great job to the employees that worked on August 22 from 2:30-3:30. Thank you.
Horrible experience. When I walked up, I was greated with, Our toasters are broken so no toasting. The girl behind the counter was so rude that I only ended up getting a kids meal for my son and a drink. Went to the beverage station and 4 of the 8 drink options were out of order.... come on... you can do better subway.
The new owner is quite rude and tends to speak condescendingly to customers. When I asked for a glass of water, it consistently came out dirty. I ended up having to dispose of the cup, and she made a dismissive remark about how the cups cost her money. If the water were clean, I wouldn't have had to toss it out. Moreover, she claimed that water isn't free, yet her employees have been giving it away at no charge for months. I don't hold the staff responsible; it's clear that she lacks proper management skills. I truly feel sorry for anyone working under her, and I’m utterly appalled by the situation.
I always go there to enjoy a meatball sub, but every time I visit, they seem to be out of them. They really need to improve their inventory management.
