Janny's Eis - Gluecksburg

The ice cream and the coffee were good, known and usual quality of the chain. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Shop clean and quite big. There are some tables and also a guest toilet. There are also tables outside on the main street. All good, gladly again.

Bought two scoops of ice cream each today. It tasted okay, the waffle was really small, the balls too. But the most annoying thing was that the ice cream was totally soft and ran straight out of the cone. You should have returned it directly like another customer. For a price of €1.70 it's just not possible. We will definitely not come back again.

Long queue and then we didn't get our turn because we didn't queue in front of the ice cream counter. 10 people came first and we with two small children were supposed to stand in the back. No thank you. The ice cream itself will certainly be great! Then gave up.

Normal prices, varied selection of sundaes, good taste, fast and very friendly service. A compliment to the two behind the counter! Although right on the main street, it is in a central location. You can also eat well inside.

The taste of the ice cream is only average in my opinion, nothing special. At 1.70 euros, the balls are considerably too expensive. The children's cups were served in paper cups even though we ate in the café, something that doesn't have to be the case these days. Staff is nice, that's why only 3 stars.
