Kafer Gut Kaltenbrunn

We visited the estate for the first time and were lucky to get a table on the veranda with a great view and a sun. What a delicious lunch in this beautiful, though very lively environment. The service was somewhat overwhelmed, but nice.

Tolles Restaurant, hohes Niveau, aber familienfreundlich, Top-Service absolut empfohlen!!!

The restaurant is beautifully situated on a hill above the lake. It has a pleasant „Biergarten Terrace“ and a cosy restaurant. It seems to be a preferred spot for weddings (and is consequently sometimes accompanied by loud music). The Food in contrast is very average...at a relatively high price. My „ Wiener Schnitzel“ came definitely from the deep freezer and was not freshly prepared. I have seen much better. The service was slow and not very attentive.

This is such a beautiful restaurant with stunning views over the Lake at Tegernsee. Food is delicious and reasonably priced for the quality and service provided. I've eaten here before and both times were very enjoyable

We first relaxed with a drink in the beer garden to make the most of the stunning view of Lake Tegernsee presses the reset button and makes you smile the whole time! After the sun went down, we went inside and enjoyed a fabulous...meal with good service and friendly staff.
