Burger King - Goddard

This Burger King is in the convenience store and that’s about the only positive. We visited twice while traveling, once to Wichita and once home. Both times the staff were not very pleasant and it took forever. Tried ordering on their kiosk and it told me every item was unavailable, yet I could order it at the counter. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The burger was cold but the gentleman who helped us was very nice. He had asked us to pull up and wait for the food. He was polite and made sure we had the condiments we asked for. I later called the store to speak to a manager. I explained that the gentleman made the experience better with his customer service. She did not seem to know what to say. Food: 2

After the lady at the register took the order of the guy in front of me, she walked off, completely ignoring I was there, to go chit-chat with other employees. I stood there for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgment form Any staff. I left to get food at a more reliable restaurant in town, I will not be back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

No lids, no napkins, pressed Vanilla flavoring, it squirted out cherry. Went to use the men's room, it's wrecked, no soap dispensers or soap bottles, no paper towels, smells like feces. An employee was walking around with what appeared to be a check list o a keyboard, obviously pencil whipping the check list. Not a bad spicey chicken sandwich though. Service: Dine in
