Lovely atompheres restaurant, the staff's were very attentive. Menu has dietary requirements details and chefs were happy to accommodate/ change certain bits and bobs when I said I have lactose allergy. Food tasted amazing. The prices are cheap compared to restaurants in the strip yet taste better than most places I've been so far. I'm surprised there isn't more reviews on this place. How this place does not have a thousand 5 star reviews on google I do not know! We didn’t want the usual fast food available on the main strips but we found this absolute hidden gem just off the main street in hisoronu. The place is family run, incredible history and the food is all homemade, from scratch. They couldn’t have been more kind and friendly and helpful. Really good wine too which we’ve really struggled to find! I can’t even describe just how good the food is! We will be going back lots and lots and can’t wait to try their hotel too!

Absoulte Disgrace, No Health Safety Measures such as Door Mats, Signs or Proper lighting. Found Staff were rude sleazy sexually harrassing us knowing that us 2 females were alone. Very shocked after years here nothing but good experiences but will never return again along with many others. We were staying in the hotel when on the 1st day out there a friend travelling with us slipped on a pool of water on the marble floor in the Restaurant resulting in a Big Surgery the same week. The staff were rude, could not accomodate a downstairs room and occupied our double deluxe room that 3 of us paid for the very same day we had to leave. My friend was sat in reception of Pine hill when he was discharged for 8 hours without one staff member asking if he was ok or any access to a downstaira toliet nor a room. We had to organise our own insurance and arrange a hotel where we could remain safe until we could fly home. During this time we felt vulnerable, unsafe, intimidated and others things came to light with regards to other parts of Pine Hill Grounds. The reef bar ran by Sunny the manager is running into 7am in the morning and i wish i could tell you ehat is going on back in there. He no longer wants a certain 'group ' of people on his grounds as he is attracting a new generation as he stated when talking about his blacklist. Super dissapointed, not even begun to start to share our horrific experience.
