Hard Rock Cafe Gothenburg - Goeteborg

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was not the best. We were disappointed to find extra drinks added to our bill and were charged £3 for mayonnaise that never arrived. In total, we were overcharged by about £25. Additionally, the menu was limited compared to what we were expecting and the chips were served cold.

We're not sure why the waitress was unfriendly towards us, but other than that, everything was great. The food was delicious and of high quality, and the portions were generous.

The service was very slow even though the restaurant was only half full. The food was just as good as any other Hard Rock Cafe.

Service was terrible and that is being polite. was over charged and had to speak to a manager to get it corrected. The manager was very helpful but it was an overall bad evening.

The Trollkarlen or the man who made balloons were so bra och quiet. Bra service och we fick a monter när we asked for it.
